About Nightshift
Nightshift is the open-source agent platform enterprises can own. Our managed offering, Nightshift Sovereign, packages it for production: instrument the AI a customer already runs, distill it into smaller models trained on their work, and hand the result back as a balance-sheet asset on the customer's infrastructure.
About the role
Sovereign is in production with named customers. The Southeast is an open territory inside that motion, and we are hiring an Account Executive to own new business across it. You will run full-cycle deals from first call to signed contract, partnering with forward deployed engineers on the technical side and with finance on the commercial side. You report to the founders.
Representative deals
- A 1,000-employee logistics operator looking to bring AI inside their perimeter before the next renewal cycle
- A regulated financial services firm whose CFO wants to convert per-token spend into a capital asset
- A platform engineering team at a Fortune 500 evaluating Nightshift against three hosted providers
You may be a good fit if you
- Have closed six-figure enterprise deals end to end at a B2B infrastructure, developer-tools, or AI company
- Hold a technical room and a finance room without changing voice
- Are comfortable owning a number without a layer of process above you
- Write well. Most of the day is calibrated messages, not calls
- Get energy from the early shape of a sales motion, not from operating inside a defined one
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience selling an open-source or self-hosted product
- A network of operators, engineering leaders, or CFOs in the Southeast
- A history of closing into regulated, air-gapped, or compliance-driven customers
Logistics
- Based in Miami, USA
- In-office expectation: in the Miami office at least three days a week
- Domestic travel as the territory requires
